NUMBERS TO CALL & REPEAT TIMES
This system allows you to make TESTCALLS to the same number or different numbers one or many times. Call a single telephone number many times to test a hunt group or call a list of new direct dial numbers.
Permissive format allowed
You can "cut & paste" most formats of telephone numbers into the "Numbers to call" box as long as
10 or 11 digits are on a line. This permissive format features helps you cut and paste
from applications. Any of these formats can be copied to the box with no issues..

Force Carrier Prefix
By default, the system uses the "Optimized Routing" path out of our Richmond, Virginia data center. Our area code is 804. Thus, 804, and toll free 800 (8xx) numbers use classic TDM trunks at 64k g711. All other calls use our VOIP carrier at 8k g729 coding.
You may wish to force a call over one of the above such as using a g711 TDM path for destination audio quality testing. To do so...
- use 0 + 10 digits to force use of TDM trunks
- use 2 + 10 digits to force use of VOIP trunks<
Repeat x Times
This box simply repeats the sequence of the "Number(s) to call" box. Thus, here are 4 ways to TESTCALL 804-266-6600 10 times.
- Put 804-266-6600 in the box 10 times and repeat = 1.
- Put 804-266-6600 in the box 5 times and repeat = 2.
- Put 804-266-6600 in the box 2 times and repeat = 5.
- Put 804-266-6600 in the box 1 times and repeat = 10.
Pause feature
Put a "P" or "p" on a line by itself and you will pause calling for one second. A pause counts as a call. This is useful when you first load a system with calls and then follow with another call a few seconds latter to see effect.
